The most unique Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Marni and Frank were incredibly thoughtful and thorough from beginning to end. It was such a special place that we’ll never forget. Perfect escape from the city, while still being able to drive to a lot of amazing places nearby.

It is hard to overstate the uniqueness of our treehouse stay. The treehouse itself was awesome. We spent most of our time lounging on the deck in one of the chairs/couch/bar/hammock and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. The dog loved the fenced-in area, with plenty of room to play all the fetch he wanted. Marni and Frank were so helpful and worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of. The treehouse may be off-grid, but they always made sure we had the resources we needed.

What a unique, enjoyable stay. A very peaceful property provided us a great weekend to relax in the treehouse. We were able to unplug, listen to the rain and wind while also having a comfortable place to connect with friends and games. The treehouse is well outfitted with everything you need to cook, sleep and relax in a not-roughing-it outdoor experience.

WOW!!! What a delightful surprise. We had seen photos of the Tree House but when we arrived, it was all that and more. We had no trouble finding the place and were greeted warmly by the hosts, Marni and Frank. We learned that the “Magical” place had been constructed over four years with much hard work and love. It reflects the kind of hosts these two are.

This was not roughing it in the woods. It was “glamping” at its best. Every amenity was included from running water to shower, toilet, stove, refrigerator, TV, games, and on and on. Our hosts took all the time we needed to walk us through the property and explained how everything worked. Talk about a suite at the Ritz. Best of all, they were only a phone call or text away since the Tree House is located on their 80-acre property, just steps from their home. If we needed help in any way, they were there to make our stay so enjoyable.

With this rural setting looking west to the Rockies … breathtaking. There were horses, lamas, alpacas, and two loveable “family dogs” who gave new meaning to the term “critters”.

We could not have asked for more. If we had, I expect our hosts would have done their best to provide it. We will definitely book another stay in the Tree House and urge everyone who gets this information to make a reservation now. Since the property opened in May, 2022, booking has been steady with many requests for a return experience. We can certainly see why. Thanks, Marni, Frank, Boo and Stella (the dogs) and the Gnomes who spread their love for a wonderful time.

What a wonderful place hosted by an incredible couple. We fell in love with the treehouse the animals, and our amazing hosts. They gave us an extremely detailed walkthrough when we arrived, were only a text away with questions and interacted with our kids when it came to enjoying the animals. This was such a unique fun place to stay and a trip we will never forget – we will definitely be back!

I cannot express how incredible this place is! I’ve been looking for a unique treehouse stay for my wife and I for a couple years now and I no longer need to look elsewhere. Treehouse Magic is everything you want in a unique glamping experience!

The amount of thought and detail that have been put into this place is unreal. Everywhere I looked I found something new and interesting to see. From the recycled material used to build it to all the decor throughout, Marni and Frank have gone the extra mile to ensure you have a magical experience. There are gnomes and ants, flowers and plants, hikes and games, & animals and flames; it truly is special.

If you are a seasoned camper, you’ll fit right in. If you’re new to camping (or glamping), you’re going to love it here. All you need is a pack of clothes and a cooler of food and drinks and everything else you need is readily available. For those that need to stay connected, the wifi is top-notch. I spent lots of time in Zoom calls during our stay without a hiccup. The house has solar power and several power banks you can leverage to stay topped up. There is also plenty of solar lighting and rechargeable lanterns to ensure you can see long into the night.

Marni and Frank are some of the most engaged, thoughtful hosts I have come across. They checked in regularly to see about our water and power needs and were extremely informative about how everything worked. I appreciate the time they took to give us a tour and answer our questions. They have poured love into this build and you can tell how much it means to them to share it with others. They also let us roam the property at our leisure to explore. Pro tip: take the short hike up the hill in the pasture to see the expansive views. Sunset was amazing!

I could go on and on about all the amazing things you’ll see and do here, but I don’t want to spoil the surprise. I’ll leave you with this:

Treehouse Magic is a treasure. My only regret is that as more people find out about this place, it will be harder to book for return visits. Thank you Marni and Frank for a wonderful stay!
